About Us

LandIt.jobs is a specialist jobs site for the UK’s rural, environmental and infrastructure sectors; industries that are vital to our future but often overlooked by mainstream platforms.

Developed through a collaboration between recruitment experts and the CAAV (Central Association of Agricultural Valuers), LandIt.jobs is designed to connect skilled professionals with the organisations shaping our countryside, environment and infrastructure.

Our mission is to make it easier for employers to find the right talent, and for professionals to discover meaningful careers that drive the sustainable management and growth of the UK’s land-based industries. By combining industry insight with recruitment expertise, we have created a platform purpose built to support the future of these essential sectors.
