How do I create an account?

Click 'Sign Up' and follow the prompts to enter your basic information. You will receive a confirmation email to activate your account.

I didn't receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check your junk or spam folder. If it's not there, contact support on Support@LandIt.jobs.

If I have forgotten my password, how do I reset it?

Use the 'Forgot Your Password' link on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email, or click here.

How do I apply for a job?

Open the job posting and click the Apply button. Depending on the employer, you will either be redirected to their website or provided with an email address to which to send your CV directly to their hiring manager.

Do I need an account to apply for jobs?

No. However, creating an account lets you save jobs, upload a CV and track applications all in one place.

How do I upload or update my CV?

Go to your profile dashboard and select 'Upload CV'. You can replace it at any time.

Can employers see my CV?

Your CV is only visible to employers if you apply to their job posting.

When the upcoming candidate database is live, if you have ticked the 'Available for Work' box on registration, your CV will be visible to employers who have paid for access to the CV database. If you prefer not to share your CV with employers (unless you are specifically applying for a position), leave this box unticked and enable it later.

How do I track my job applications?

Sign in, then click 'My Applications' on your dashboard to view your job applications.

I have seen a job advertisement onsite, can I get some more information on the role or the recruiters contact details?

We only have the information you can already see in the advert and we are unable to pass on specific employer contact details.

I applied for a job but have not heard back.

We know this can be frustrating and in an ideal world every application would get a personal response. Recruiters and employers will always be in touch if they feel your skills and experience match the role.

How do I change my password?

Login to your account, go to 'My Account' and fill in the boxes.

I want to delete my account and profile.

To remove your profile and details, log in to your account, go to 'My Account', and scroll down to 'Delete Account'. We keep no record of any of your personal information, contact details or career history.

EMPLOYERS/RECRUITERS

How do I post a job?

Create an employer account, click 'Post a Job' and fill in the job details. Once submitted, your listing will appear after approval (by email). If you don't receive an email, please check your junk and spam folders.

How long does a job posting stay active?

The standard duration is 56 days.

Can I edit a job posting after it's published?

Yes. Go to your employer dashboard, select the posting and click 'Edit'.

How do I receive applications?

Depending on the method you've chosen, you will receive your application either on your website or by email.

Can I repost or duplicate a previous advert?

Yes. This will count as another job, and you will be charged.

What payment methods do you accept?

For one-off individual job posts, you can pay using a debit or credit card. All major payment providers are accepted. For bulk orders, an invoice will be sent to you.

Will I receive an invoice or a receipt?

Yes, to check your receipts for one-off jobs, log in to your account, go to the dashboard and select 'Billing' to see your order receipts. For all invoices, these will be sent directly to your chosen email address.

Technical Issues

The site isn't loading correctly. What can I do?

Try clearing your browser cache, switching browsers, or checking your internet connections. If the issues persist, please contact us on Support@LandIt.jobs.

I'm having trouble uploading files.

Ensure your CV or document meets the required format and size limits. We allow *.pdf, *.doc, *.docx, *.odt or *.txt files. Up to 3 MB.

How do I delete my account?

Go to account settings and choose 'Delete Account'. This action is permanent and removes all associated data.
