Brooks Leney is an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors, Land Agents, Farm Business Advisors and Estate Agents, founded in 2017 by Chris Leney and David Brooks.

Since launching, the firm has built on long-standing relationships with land and property owners across East Anglia to become one of the region’s leading land agency firms.

Our continued growth also included the opening of a second office in Bury St Edmunds in 2021, the establishment of Farm Business Management and Consultancy department and a merger with Bloomfield Grey estate agents in 2023.

2024 and 2025 marked a further period of expansion for the Partnership, including the recruitment of a talented cohort of Graduates and Apprentices who will help to serve and advise our clients for many years to come.
