The job
Carter Jonas are seeking a qualified rural surveyor to join their growing Rural Estate Management team in Cambridge. You’ll work with the established team along with a national network of surveyors delivering a diverse range of advice across a variety of interesting Private and Institutional Estates across East Anglia.
Carter Jonas are open to all different types of experience, whether you are newly qualified or have 20+ years’ experience, there’s a place for you! Pay and packages will be tailored to your experience level.
Job duties
• Management of rural estates across the East Anglia, reporting to senior managers including direct client contact
• Overseeing day-to-day management to include providing professional advice on Landlord and Tenant matters in relation to residential, commercial and agricultural property and dealing with external professionals and other advisors. .
• Identify and advise on strategic opportunities on estates
• Support and deliver estate management initiatives to enhance asset performance and long term value
• Work collaboratively with the senior management team to identify and secure new business opportunities within the rural sector / Working with the senior management team to expand the business by identifying new business opportunities across the Rural sector.
• Attending Business Development Events
• Participation in the implementation of our Vision 2030 to grow the business.
What We’re Looking For
• Ideally you need to be a Chartered Member of the RICS
• Having achieved Fellow of the CAAV would be advantageous
• You must have a full Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle

Salary
Circa £35,000 - £50,000 (Subject to experience level) + Car allowance + Bonus
