Due to the expansion of the firm an exciting opportunity has arisen for an RICS Qualified Rural Surveyor to join a small, energetic and well established firm of Land Agents situated in West Norfolk.

Our client base includes estates and farms across Norfolk, East Anglia and the surrounding counties, acting for owners and tenants in one of the most inspirational areas for farming in the UK. The Role
We are looking for a qualified Rural Surveyor who is willing to be involved in a wide range of instructions including::
- Agency- acquisitions and disposals
- Valuation
- Estate Management
- Farm Business Management
- Landlord and Tenant Matters
- Environmental and Agri-Environment schemes
- Compulsory Purchase and Compensation
- Strategic Development
- Renewable Energy Schemes
- General Professional Advice.
It is a role which will develop with the successful candidate. . Our main office is situated within a client’s farmyard offering an attractive rural location with ample parking facilities.
