Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Delivering a wide range of rural professional services, including estate management, valuation, landlord and tenant, and compensation work
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting the day-to-day management of rural estates, including strategic planning, budgeting and performance monitoring
• Providing advice on land use, diversification opportunities, and environmental and stewardship schemes, helping clients maximise the value of their assets
• Managing landlord and tenant matters, including rent reviews, lease renewals and general tenancy management
• Identifying opportunities to support clients with wider business lines, including planning & development, commercial property and energy
• Supporting business development activity and contributing to the growth of the team and wider firm
• Working closely with Partners to implement business plans and deliver against strategic objectives
• Managing a varied workload effectively, ensuring delivery to a high standard and in line with professional and regulatory requirements
What Will It Take to Be Successful?
• Ideally MRICS / CAAV qualified (or working towards), with Registered Valuer status desirable
• Commercially aware, with a proactive approach to client service and business development
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trusted, long-term relationships
• Well organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, with the confidence to work independently and contribute to a collaborative team
