We are seeking an excellent individual to work within our multi-disciplinary team based in either our Hertfordshire or Warwickshire office. We will consider applications from graduates seeking an immediate start or future graduates and school leavers seeking a September 2026 start.
Suitable candidates will aspire to achieve RICS qualification and be one of the following:
- Recently graduated, or graduating in 2026, from an RICS accredited course
- Recently graduated, or graduating in 2026, from a non-RICS accredited course and seeking a part-time RICS-accredited postgraduate qualification
- A recent school leaver or current Year 13 student interested in the undergraduate apprenticeship route to an RICS-accredited degree
A rural or farming background is beneficial but not essential. You should detail your interest in, and any experience of, the rural economy and farming in your covering letter to us.
If a candidate is to follow either the undergraduate apprenticeship or post-graduate qualification route, your work at Sworders would be undertaken alongside studying at Harper Adams University.
Applications should be made promptly as interviews will be undertaken on a rolling basis. Graduates with non-RICS accredited degrees seeking to pursue an RICS accredited post-graduate qualification starting in January 2026 will need to apply to us immediately to meet Harper Adams’ application deadlines. Alternatively, a September 2026 start date is also offered by Harper Adams.
