Clubleys is an independent firm of Rural Practice Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents with four offices along the York to Hull corridor, offering Estate Agency, Letting and Rural Practice services and advice. The Rural team is located in our Market Weighton office and operates throughout Yorkshire.
An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a graduate or a recently qualified Rural Surveyor to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will help to develop and grow our established agricultural department, while offering professional services for land and property owners, farmers and professional advisers.
We cover all aspects of Rural Practice including Sales and Lettings, Planning and Development, Valuation, Tenancy Advice, Partnership Dissolutions and Succession Planning, Grants and Environmental Schemes, Utilities and Compensation and On Farm Dispersal Sales together with usual general practice matters and business development.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Enjoys and can work both independently and as part of a team
- Has a basic understanding of rural practice work and agriculture in general
- Is enthusiastic, self-motivated and keen to get involved
- Is able to demonstrate confidence with clients both on the telephone and face to face
- Shows initiative and has strong attention to detail
- Is adaptable, flexible and versatile
- Has the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and self-organise
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has their own vehicle
Structured APC support will be available if required and you will be encouraged to sit your CAAV examinations.
