Nock Deighton Agricultural LLP have an exciting opportunity for a rural practice Chartered Surveyor to head our small team of rural surveyors from our Bridgnorth, Shropshire office.

The firm has undertaken significant growth in its livestock market business in recent years and wishes to secure the professional services offering with appropriate growth, as appropriate, to the opportunities available. It is likely that the successful candidate will be a minimum of 8 to 10 years qualified.

The Role:

* To be a team leader

* Valuation of predominantly rural property

* Landlord and tenant matters

* Property management

* Option agreements - residential and renewables

* Rural property agency

* Other rural practice work

Essential requirements:

* Strong relevant post qualification experience and ability

* MRICS and FAAV

* Registered valuer

* Full UK driving licence

* Strong organisational skills
