The job
Carter Jonas are seeking a Rural Surveyor up to Partner level to join their growing Rural Estate Management team in Northampton. You’ll work with the established team along with a national network of surveyors delivering a diverse range of advice across a variety of interesting Estates.
Carter Jonas are open to all different types of experience, whether you are newly qualified or have 20+ years’ experience, there’s a place for you! Pay and packages will be tailored to your experience level.
This role is ideal for a Rural Surveyor looking to step up into a client-facing position, taking ownership of an established estate management portfolio. You’ll lead on client relationships, supported by the existing team, with the opportunity to develop your expertise and make a real impact.
Job duties
• Management of rural estates primarily across the midlands.
• Overseeing day-to-day management to include supervision of Estate contractors, and dealing with external professionals and other advisors.
• Providing general professional advice on a variety of topics including Landlord and Tenant matters, agri-environmental schemes and residential management and compliance.
• Working with the Partners to expand the business by identifying new business opportunities across the Rural sector.
• Participation in the implementation of our Vision 2030 to grow the business.
What We’re Looking For
• We need you to be a Chartered Member of the RICS
• Relevant experience gained from within rural estate management
• You must have a full Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle

Salary
Salary dependent on experience. Salaried Partners are also considered.
