Job Description
Roger Parry and Partners pride ourselves as being a ‘one stop shop’ for all our clients’ land and property needs. Working from established offices across the West Midlands and Mid Wales, we offer a wide array of land and property services including surveying, valuation, land and property sales and rentals, building surveying, planning and architecture, to help our clients maximise their income from their assets.
You will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary in-house team made up of chartered surveyors, building surveyors and planners. You will be part of a business which is big enough for a varied range of work and opportunities. However, it is small enough to provide autonomy and a chance to really get to know everyone – expanding your skills and building new connections across the West Midlands, Wales and beyond.
Due to continued business growth we have identified a strategic requirement for an additional Rural Chartered Surveyor within our Head Office in Shrewsbury. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated surveyor who is seeking a varied and hands-on role with excellent opportunities for personal and professional development.
This role offers exposure to a broad range of surveying disciplines, including rural agency, professional work, valuations, landlord and tenant matters, utilities and infrastructure projects, planning and development, and residential and commercial agency. The successful candidate will work alongside a young, friendly and supportive team while continuing to play a key role in the firm's ongoing growth and development.
This is a full-time, office-based role working 40 hours per week from Roger Parry & Partners’ Head Office in Bicton, Shrewsbury. The successful candidate will work closely with the rural surveying team and wider professional colleagues across the firm.
