The Trewithen Estate is a progressive estate business in the hands of a family that cares passionately about it, and with tremendous potential for ongoing development to be made at a time of unprecedented change in the rural sector. The opportunity for the new Estate Manager is to both play a part in the long-term preservation of this important estate, its heritage buildings and landscape, whilst taking a lead role during a very important period in its history.
The Estate has belonged to the Galsworthy family and their forebears since 1715 and is of significant scale and includes an in hand farm, let farms, let residential and commercial property, 2nd generation wind farms and solar farms, and the principal house and gardens open to the public.
The successful candidate will be MRICS qualified with proven experience in estate management. Confident, commercially astute and numerate, they will need to be a team player and excellent communicator.
