We are looking for a recently qualified or experienced chartered surveyor to join our friendly and highly collaborative rural team based in Marlborough. This is an excellent opportunity to help manage a varied Estate Management portfolio, and to undertake associated rural professional work for a variety of private clients, including HNW individuals across Wiltshire and West Berkshire.

Main tasks:
- Estate Management – overseeing a range of mixed portfolio estates throughout Wiltshire, Berkshire and the Southwest regions, including the provision of strategic advice and day to day management.
- Consultancy – providing support for private clients that may include; valuation, lease and lettings, sales and purchasing, landlord and tenant matters, planning and development work.
- Portfolio and business development – opportunity to grow your own portfolio with the ability to win work from business development activity.
- Collaboration – working closely with other specialist teams including planning and development, valuation, energy and infrastructure, agency and natural capital to deliver and develop new fee opportunities from existing and new clients.
What will it take to be successful?
You will be a chartered surveyor who has a successful track record in delivering excellent rural professional and estate management services, with experience in developing relationships with existing and potential clients. We are looking for enthusiasm, integrity and a can-do attitude; someone who has the ability to manage multiple projects and deal with a variety of work. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, where you will need to be flexible in your approach and contribute to a supportive and collaborative team. You will be prepared to participate in managing and developing other team members, while actively seeking out continuous self-development.
