Role overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Manager to join our Taunton team.
You’ll be responsible for leading and undertaking the management of circa 350 units across the south west of England as part of the team.
You’ll be based out of our Taunton office, and your focus will be in the following areas:
- Competent at using the relevant property management software and undertaking other estate administrator duties as required including payment of contractor invoices in conjunction with the client accounts team.
- Demonstrate all elements of property management including:
- - First point of contact for clients, tenants and contractors.
- - Property inspections.
- - Drafting and managing repair schedules.
- - Managing multiple contractor instructions.
- - Liaising with and advising clients with guidance from senior team.
Ideally you will be ARLA, AssocRICS or MRICS qualified. Alternatively show your willingness to engage with ARLA and/or AssocRICS to develop yourself.
Team overview
Savills Taunton Estate Management team provides a first class customer service to both clients and tenants. Our clients range from larger portfolios owned by Institutional and Private clients to also undertaking some block management duties in the buildings where they are contained.
The wider Rural division operates across the UK, with a network of 37 offices and a number of estate offices from Inverness in the North to Truro in the South-West.
