The Role:
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Estate Manager to join our team working at the Estate Office, Charborough Park and in our Salisbury Office.
Charborough Estate: It is anticipated that the successful candidate will spend around half of their time located at the Estate Office and dealing with the management of the estate, reporting to a Savills Director. The estate comprises In-hand farming, forestry and property together with a significant portfolio of let farms, let commercial and residential lets. The estate staff includes farm and forestry teams alongside a Clerk of Works and maintenance team.
Duties will include proactive identification of opportunities to enhance income, progression of projects, management of the estate team and property portfolios, sales, etc. and reporting to the resident client and trustees.
Salisbury Office: The remainder of the time will be spent working as part of a team of around 15, handling rural portfolios for private and charitable clients in Wiltshire, Hampshire, Dorset and Somerset. Key responsibilities will include:
• Providing balanced advice to clients on competing demands of land use.
• Identify new opportunities for building income and value.
• Highly effective project management skills.
• Oversee maintenance and refurbishment of the estate property portfolios.
• Preparation and delivery of strategy plans, accurate budgets, cash flows, etc.
• Building new client relationships to identify and win new business.
• Build work from wider Savills disciplines.
• Management of P&L debtors, WIP and invoicing, contributing to reforecasting and budgeting process.

The wider Rural division operates across the UK, with a network of 37 offices and a number of estate offices from Inverness in the North to Truro in the South-West

Key Skills:
· MRICS (ideally 3 years+ PQE) and FAAV qualified is also advantageous.
· Excellent IT skills
· Commercially astute and practically minded
· A team player with a very personable approach along with the ability to engage with a variety of audiences
· Leadership skills to build and maintain good relationships, along with management and communication skills The ability to deal with conflict and provide resolution
· Self-motivated, goal driven and the ability to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines
· Full UK driving licence
