Background
Killens are a multi-disciplined practice based in North and Central Somerset with professional and residential offices together with a Fine Arts Auction Rooms. The team are friendly and generally young and we are seeking a qualified Rural Surveyor to join us.
The Role
The successful candidate will primarily be involved in the valuation of residential and rural property but also a spectrum of property services including sales and letting of rural and commercial property, compensation claims, tenancy advice, planning and stewardship.
Requirements
- RICS qualification.
- An organised approach with attention to detail.
- A strong rural background.
- Good communication skills and confidence in dealing with clients and fellow professionals in a professional manner.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Good computer skills
- Full UK Drivers Licence and own transport
